New instrument pod for the SR7 By moving the instrument pod forward, space is freed up for some kind of box or pack. This is a good place to put a camera, thermos full of coffee, or ? EIS buttons can still be reached if necessary. Heavy steel front fender is also eliminated and replaced by light weight aluminum that also serves as front panel to the pod. Switches are relocated to a small box directly in front of the seat along with the Delcom radio and 12V outlet for radar detector or other accessories.
